BRIDGE BUSINESS BANCORP PROVIDES $1.92 MILLION SBA 7(a) TERM LOAN TO THE ROGAN GROUP, INC. AND THE BEVEL GRANITE COMPANYCHICAGO, IL – August 15, 2008 - Bridge Business Bancorp, an operating division of Bridge Finance Group, provided The Rogan Group, Inc. and The Bevel Granite Company with a $1,920,000 SBA 7(a) term loan in order to refinance existing debt and provide working capital. The proceeds from the funding improved the Company's cash flow. The Company, which is headquartered in Merrionette Park, IL, is involved in the manufacturing and retail sale of granite monuments and tombstones and commercial construction subcontracting of granite floors and wall materials. Customers include cemeteries, monument companies, churches, funeral homes and garden centers. "Thanks to Bridge and its ability to access various SBA programs, Bevel Granite was able to refinance its existing debt on more favorable terms. With a more flexible and efficient capital structure plus additional working capital, the Company is in a position to grow and take advantage of the market opportunities," said Jack Rogan, Vice President of Operations.
