CREDIT CRITERIA

Bridge does not focus solely on balance sheet ratios, operating ratios or financial covenants. Borrowing entity should demonstrate cash flow on a current interim basis, if not on a year to date basis. The collateral base, credit enhancements and cash flow must be sufficient to support debt service requirements.
